ESDONOR 3; Poly-tert-Amylphenol disulfide (CAS 68555-98-6); 

ESDONOR® 3 is poly-tert-Amylphenol disulfide which acts as a vulcanizing agent and antioxidant. It is a nitrosamine-free, sulfur donor, with high elastomer solubility.
ESDONOR® 3 is a sulfur donor for natural and synthetic rubbers. It produce a high percentage of mono-sulfidic crosslinks that results in vulcanizates with superior aging characteristics. It can be used as either complete or partial replacements for sulfur and thiuram and DTDM sulfur donors in EV and semi-EV type cure systems. In tires it is used in the innerliner, chafer, bead apex, sidewalls, and tread. Industrial applications include noise damping blocks, motor mounts, dock fenders, elastic threads, automobile engine hoses, gaskets, belts, and other industrial rubber products that require good heat resistance.

This product may be stored up to 12 months in a sealed container. Containers should be kept tightly closed when not in use and stored in a cool, dry place.
